You can pick up shifts once you're cleared.
Your profile doesn't say yet whether you're a CT tech or an RN, so no open shifts show here. Ask the office to set it.

Worked, not paid yet. Each one pays on its date; early pay moves it up for a 5% fee.
Nothing waiting to be paid.
Paid
Nothing paid yet. Once you've worked a shift and it's paid, it shows here.
Amounts are what you receive after any early-pay fee. Questions about a payment? Contact the office.
Your documents
You can pick up shifts once everything below is approved.
Your license numbers
Type the number. The office looks it up and verifies it.

Vaccinations
One item per vaccine: send proof of each (a photo of the card or the titer result; several files are fine). Hepatitis B, MMR and varicella never expire here; Tdap is good for 10 years; the flu shot runs out on October 1 of the following year. Can't or won't take one? Ask for an exemption below.
Required
- Hepatitis B: the full series, or a blood test (titer) showing immunity
- MMR (measles, mumps, rubella): 2 doses, or a titer showing immunity
- Varicella (chickenpox): 2 doses, or a titer showing immunity
- Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, whooping cough): 1 adult dose
- Flu: this season's shot
Optional
- COVID-19
Texas law (Health & Safety Code, chapter 224) has every hospital follow the CDC's vaccine recommendations for healthcare workers. Some facilities ask for more.
Ask for a vaccine exemption
This only tells the office what you're asking for. Next you sign the exemption form online (Hepatitis B has its own form). Your exemption counts once the office approves it.
Optional
Some facilities ask for these.
